Sibley State Park Fall Color Report for 10-15-20

Where to go
Rain! Thunder! WIND! A late fall thunderstorm huffed and puffed and blew many leaves off the trees. Hike to Mt. Tom to see the oak savannah forest stretching below you.
Walk on the Park Fremberg Trail to enjoy the Halloween-y effect of mature, leafless oak trees.

What you’ll see
Sibley State Park lies on the boundary of the big woods and prairie ecosystems. Reaching oak branches stretch across the scenic drive to Mt. Tom and over trails creating a fall-fastic effect.
