Where to go
CRUNCH!WHOOSH! The sound of fall will accompany you on your hikes. Mount Tom is the best place to see the forest in fall laid out below you. Experience fall in the prairie by walking on the Pond View Trail through 5 foot high big blue stem grasses!

Plan to take your time to appreciate each of nature’s tie-dye on each leaf.

More tips
With warm afternoons Minnesota reptiles and amphibians are soaking up the last of the sun until next spring.
Small wetlands throughout the park are hotspots for migrating birds. Hundreds of black birds created a choir of calls as they visited Sibley State Park on their journey south.
