Fishing Report for 2-9-21
Fishermen are loving the thick ice right now in the Willmar Lakes Area! Anglers hungry for walleye are finding them in 25 feet depths on Eagle Lake with most success coming from using shiners. Norway, Games, Ringo, Diamond, Green and South Long lakes have been active with crappie, northern pike and sunfish using jigs tipped with wax worms. It’s the perfect time to pull out that warm fish house or rent one from area businesses to enjoy that ice fishing weekend we’ve been waiting for all season!
