Fishing Report for 10-4-16
The fall bite has started in the Willmar Lakes Area! Reports of active walleye and perch are coming off of Big Kandiyohi Lake in the past week. Anglers have been pulling plugs and live bait rigs in the 30-40 foot range on Green Lake and having success catching walleye. Panfishing continues to be great on Willmar Lake and Foot Lake on the fishing pier between the fairgrounds and the radio station. Make sure to take advantage of the hungry fish right now and head to the lakes!
