We are excited to announce our 30-day Willmar Lakes Area photo challenge starting June 1st!

We have created a list of “photo prompts” or categories for each day of the month of the type of photos we want you to share each day. The photos should be taken in Kandiyohi County, but you are welcome to interpret the prompts in any way you like. Let’s see how creative you can get!

To join in on the Willmar Lakes Area photo challenge, upload a photo to either Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook with the hashtag #WillmarLakesArea30. In the description, list the prompt for the day and why you chose that photo.

Follow #WillmarLakesArea30 on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram to see everyone else’s posts for the challenge and maybe get some inspiration for your own photos! We will highlight some of our favorite photos throughout the month and draw a prize winner from each week’s posts.
