The 41st annual Spicer WinterFest is taking place between January 16th – February 8th, 2026 with lots of great events planned!

On Saturday, January 31st, our Family Fun Day will take place from 12-6pm and fireworks will take place starting at 6pm.

Other events this year may include: the Frozen 5K, the Polar Plunge for Special Olympics Minnesota, the Lions WinterFest Raffle, and more!

Throughout WinterFest, Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center will have cross-country skis, snowshoes, kick sleds and fat-tire bike rentals available. (weather permitting) The cost is $5/youth, $10/adult member, and $20/adult nonmember for 2 hours. Call ahead to rent at 320-354-5894.
