When planning an event, you want to be confident that you have selected the best site with the most offerings without breaking your budget. Our staff will work with you personally, giving you access to our pool of community resources, experiences and connections while keeping the planning process simple.
Provide and Distribute Information:
Send your registration materials and press releases to our office. Often, visitors or potential visitors will contact the CVB office when they are looking for information regarding an event. The more information you provide us, the better equipped we will be to answer questions about your event.
Hotel Rates Sheets:
We will contact our area hotels for you, and put together a rate sheet that you can email or mail.
Referral Source/Program Planning
Customized Name Badges:
If you need assistance with producing name tags or badges for your participants, our computers and staff are equipped to help.
Registration Assistance:
Whether its personnel or other services you’re in search of, please just ask.
Welcome Packets:
Now that we have you here, let us offer you a token of our appreciation in the form of our very popular “Welcome Packets.” They include such goodies as a Visitors Guide, area maps, a quarterly calendar of events, a coupon book and maybe a surprise or two just for your group!
Dignitary Welcome/Community Welcome:
Make your sporting team feel welcome by allowing us to arrange a local dignitary to greet your group. A sure-fire way to get your sporting event off to a great start!
