Long Lake North is located 3.5 miles northeast of New London with two public accesses. The township access is on the northeast end of the lake, south of State Highway 23. The concrete DNR access is on the northwest shore south of State Highway 23. Long Lake is small but fairly deep lake with two campgrounds. Hide-Away Campground is on the southwest shore and Old Wagon Campground is on the north shore.
