Foot Lake is located in Willmar with Robbins Island Regional Park on the east side.  The Foot Lake outlet is considered the headwaters of Hawk Creek.  Foot Lake is connected to Willmar Lake by an upstream channel making these two lakes an ideal location for kayaking.  Public boat access is located along the south shore of the Kandiyohi County Fairgrounds and also at Robbins Island Regional Park. Fishing enthusiasts enjoying catching Crappie, Northern Pike, Sunfish and Walleye in Foot Lake.
