In this 1 hour workshop you will be immersed into the mysterious world of sourdough bread baking. We will discuss caring, feeding/discarding a sourdough starter. There will be a demonstration of making sourdough and discuss its health benefits. We will form, shape, and score a sourdough loaf. As well as discuss baking instructions.

Samples served after! You will take home an active sourdough starter, and recipe with directions.
