How to claim your spot:
Comment “going” on my Facebook post with the skeleton, and I’ll give you your number. Make sure to go through the comments to check for space. (Make sure to check with me before inviting friends, just to make sure we have space) make sure the “anonymous” option is off. I need your name for the list.

It is $25 per person, I take Venmo or cash. Payment day of class is just fine. (🎃$5 off with Halloween cozies)
✨bring a yoga mat, water bottle, pillow, blanket, and wear comfy clothes.

Expectations: 20 minutes if nervous system calming breathing and 1 hour of a frequency experience. Hearing and feeling the sounds from the crystal bowls. An opportunity at the end of class to chat with me about your experience if you chose. Welcoming and connecting experience

** I require kids to be 15 and older and accompanied by their parent/guardian for attending large sound baths. If you have a child younger, reach out to me to see how we can go about setting up something for them!
