Seated Yoga & Meditation Flow
June 19th at 2:00pm
at the Willmar Community Center

A seated yoga flow to stretch the whole body & meditation session to stretch the mind.
We will be focusing on upper & lower body stretches that you can do at the home or in the office to get the blood flowing during the yoga session.

During meditation we will be practicing a form of mindfulness to shift your thinking from negative to positive.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing, bring a pillow or cushion to sit on, and an eye mask for total darkness during meditation (personal preference).
