Needle Felting for Tweens and Teens
at the Willmar Public Library
Wednesday, November 5 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm
Create a needle felted animal with visiting artist Meredith Semel.
Needle felting is the unique art of stabbing barbed needles into wool fiber. This process compacts and shapes the wool into unique shapes.
Participants can create an owl, cow, or fox.
This event is best for ages 8 – 18.
Due to limited supplies, we ask that you pre-register for this program by either calling the library or email our Teen Services Librarian Melissa Dagel.
This project is funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage fund.
