Morning Mindfulness Hike at Sibley State Park
Jan. 1, 2025
11 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Rather than trying to identify organisms and talk about the science of the outdoors, this hike instead focuses on being present in the moment and taking in your surroundings as they are.
Join an interpreter to start the new year off with a deep breath. Hiking can be a great way to relax and let the business of life fall away for a while.

We’ll be meeting at the Sibley Interpretive Center and hiking the Pondview Interpretive Trail. It is a 0.7-mile loop with a 7 percent grade over 190ft.
