Jennie-O, Cashwise and the Kandiyohi County Food Shelf are teaming up together to hand out Turkey Breasts
at the Willmar Senior High Parking Lot (2701 30th St. NE, Willmar)
on Saturday, November 15th from 9am until supplies last (or 2pm)

Making the Holidays Brighter: Jennie-O to Hold Kandiyohi Hometown Turkey Takeover Event for Willmar and Surrounding Area Residents
Five thousand free JENNIE-O® Tender & Juicy turkey breasts to be given to Kandiyohi County residents for the holidays

Community members and neighbors can receive two, free frozen JENNIE-O® Tender & Juicy turkey breasts offering households access to high-quality lean protein for their holiday meals. Residents attending the drive-through event should enter on Transportation Road where vehicles will be staged in the North parking lot. Volunteers will direct community members to the pick-up area where the turkey breasts will be loaded directly into their vehicles. Turkey breasts are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of two per household. No ID or pre-registration is required.

Please have trunks cleaned out as the turkey will be placed in there.

Please don’t start lining up until 8am as we will be busy setting up before then.

“This is the largest turkey donation event our community has ever seen, and it couldn’t come at a more important time,” said Alana Ziehl, director of the Kandiyohi County Food Shelf. “We’re honored to partner with Jennie-O, Cashwise and other local organizations to help thousands of families across Kandiyohi County enjoy a holiday meal. It’s a powerful reminder of what we can accomplish when we come together to support one another.”
