Join us for the annual Kandi is Dandy Days June 12-14, 2026!

Enjoy two days full of family fun activities that everyone is sure to love including a medallion hunt, a kiddie parade, a Fire Department Waterball Fight, family movie night in the park, pancake breakfast, kiddie karnival, tractor pull, bean bag toss tournament, and a grand day parade!

Just a reminder that the annual pre-Kandi is Dandy Days tradition is the Kandiyohi citywide garage sales. They will take place June 5-6

Friday, June 12 – KIDD Kiddie Parade at 6:00pm
All youth ages 12 and under are invited to participate in the 2026 Kandi Is Dandy Days Kiddie Parade. Line up and registration will be at the corner of Atlantic Ave. and 5th Street west of the Civic Center. There is no cost to participate and prizes courtesy of Palmer Bus Service will be awarded to all entrants.

Friday, June 12 – KIDD Pedal Pull at 6:30pm – All Ages
The 2026 Kandi Is Dandy Days Pedal Pull will be for ages 4 and up like last year. Adults are encourage to participate as well. Registration begins at 6pm on Atlantic Ave. by Bell Park. No charge thanks to our sponsors: Arnold’s Inc, Harvest Bank, Haug Implement, North Central International and Tracks USA

Saturday, June 13 – KIDD Grand Day Parade at 11:30am
The route will be the same as past years, it will start in the NE corner of town on 2nd street, head west on McLaughlin turning south on 6th street before reaching Atlantic Ave. and finishing. There is no fee to participate. We encourage all entries to be in the vacinity of 2nd street and Dudley Ave. by 11am. We request no parking on the parade route from 11:00am to 12:30pm.

The Kandi Is Dandy Days Street Dance will take place on Saturday, June 13th starting at 7:30pm

2026 KANDIYOHI COMMUNITY CLUB RAFFLE – $10 donation per ticket.
Tickets will be sold by Kandiyohi Community Club members.
Need not be present to win. Drawings will be held Saturday, June 13, 2026.
Donations used to help defray the cost of KIDD activities.
