DEADLINE IS JUNE 22 to ensure a spot in the tournament.
NOTE: We will accept first 100 fully paid & registered teams into the field

• Guaranteed 3 Games, Championship shirt for 1st place
• T-shirts for each player (4 player team maximum)
• Pool play – Tournament Single Elimination
• FEE $120.00 (except Men’s/Women’s Open and Classic Divisions $140.00)
• Add $20.00 if received after 6-22-26
