A gentle and relaxing beginners class! The class will work on breathing methods, yoga poses for beginner levels, self-given massage and guided meditation. We focus on what muscles the yoga poses are stretching and working, and how to breath with the poses. Let’s unwind after working all day!

**Must bring own Yoga Mat**

1st & 3rd Wednesday of month
from 5:30-6:30p
at the Willmar Community Center
$5.00/session
5 class punch card for $20.00

You may join at any session! Suitable for ages 8 and up!
*Those under 15 must be with paying adult*
