Dementia Support Group

Join us the 3rd Thursday each month for our dementia support group at Copperleaf. Our dementia support group offers a safe, welcoming space to share experiences, ask questions of our nurses, and find understanding among others who truly get it. This support group is for caregivers, if you need a safe space for your loved one you care for during the support group contact Michelle at 320-227-3664 to see if there is space for them to join our Chit-Chat activity in our Memory Care Community.
