Come join Cooking with Riley as we continue exploring different Asian cuisine!
This month we will be making an Onigiri; this is a delicious flavored rice ball stuffed with different fillings and wrapped in seaweed.
We will make 2 different versions of Onigiri: a traditional tuna mayo that you can find anywhere in Japan, and an Onigirazu a more homestyle Onigiri sandwich with a fried egg and marinated spam (trust me it’s so yummy!).
This is a delicious and filling snack or lunch that you can make at home!
