Let’s make Vietnamese Spring Rolls! This Vietnamese dish is translated to Salad Rolls, a just as equally fitting name for this fresh meal.

These wraps are made with rice paper, marinated meat, noodles and as many fresh veggies and herbs as you can stuff in the wrapper. Dip them in a delicious peanut sauce, or the classic dipping sauce Nước chấm.

We can’t have this delicious spring meal without a refreshing carrot salad! This will be a great side dish for our wraps, but also something easy to whip up at home later.
