J. Drake Hamilton, featured speaker, serves as Fresh Energy’s Managing Director of Science Policy and is recognized nationally as an expert on the economic opportunities in green energy. She holds degrees from Dartmouth College and the University of Minnesota, where she specialized in climatology and water resources.
