Sibley State Park Trail Report as of 2-21-20

Ski trails were last groomed Friday, February 21. Skate ski trails are in good to very good condition. Traditional tracked trails are in fair to good condition. There is still a thin layer of ice under the snow, and re-setting the tracks themselves was causing disruption to the integrity of the snow base; tracks themselves were not re-set. The sliding hill is in good condition with some icy spots underneath snow. Park users hiking or walking on trails and roadways should use caution due to the icy conditions. Hikers are urged to wear ice cleats on their footwear to avoid slips and falls.
