10-15-15 Sibley State Park Fall Color Report
Sibley State Park is your oak savanna park of the state and traveling the Mount Tom Trail will take you right through the changing canopy of the forests. You can also park at the bottom of Mount Tom and walk to the top on the paved trail to get an overview of the surrounding area. Aspens are turning a bright yellow and oaks are bronze and green. Although this Mondays wind cleared some trees of their colorful leaves the forest is still abundant with trees full of color.
