Trail Report for 2-25-21

Local snow depth is only two inches. The Glacial Lakes State Trail is closed to snowmobiling due to lack of snow; however, many people are out enjoying the trails via walking or biking.

Also, Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center has ended their ski/kicksled/snowshoe season due to lack of snow. As for fat-tire bike rentals, please do not ride the off road bike trails if they are muddy (as this creates ruts that are very difficult to fix). If you’d like to rent a bike, call for reservations 320-354-5894.
