Sibley State Park Trail Report for 1-30-20
Snowmobile trails look to be in good condition having been recently groomed and with very few bare spots. All ski trails were groomed on Wednesday, Jan. 22nd and are holding up well. Skate ski trails are in good condition however the surface is somewhat soft. Traditional tracked trails are in good to very good condition but they too remain somewhat soft with the concern that they may not hold up well to traffic. Warmer weather may degrade trail conditions. The sliding hill is in excellent condition. Park users hiking or walking on trails and roadways should use caution due to the icy conditions. Hikers are urged to wear ice cleats on their footwear to avoid slips and falls.
