2-4-16 Sibley State Park
Sibley received about 3 inches of fresh snow on Monday. Ski trails were packed and combed Wednesday following the snow event. The base is fairly firm, but much of the trail system has mowed vegetation protruding through the snow surface. There still is not enough of a base to allow for setting ski tracks. The best trail to ski at this point is the Mt. Tom road. As always, be careful walking in parking areas and walkways for icy spots.
