Our CrossFit box opened in 2015. We have a great community of strong athletes and strength-based programming that is entirely unique to our box – created by our coach, Dr. Jon Haefner. Our classes are a full 60 minutes long and follow the same daily format – warm-up, mobility, strength, WOD.
We offer group CrossFit classes 5 times a day on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. All of our members receive 24/7 access to our facilities. Our CrossFit Programming can be found through the WODIFY app and is included in the membership price.
