The non-profit organization of the Atwater Karting Speedway, Inc (AKS) was formed to provide an affordable facility that promotes family relationships through the sport of go-kart racing. The theme of AKS is “Where Kids Get Hooked on Dirt.” About 75% of our racers are boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 15, with Mom and Dad typically making up the pit crew. AKS is a competition karting facility. We do not offer rental karts and participation is by registration only. The AKS organization believes that kart racing offers a positive involvement alternative for kids during these influential years of their lives.

Races are held on Saturday Afternoons May thru September. Free grandstand admission and concessions available.
