Fishing Report for 1-10-17

Lots of folks out fishing this past weekend! The main catch on Green Lake was walleye on the northwest and northeast corner of the lake and good sized crappies by the County Park. Norway Lake and South Long Lake were also very busy with anglers reporting a good sunfish and crappie bite. Some big perch were pulled from Big Kandiyohi Lake as well as some nice walleye. Most lakes are averaging 12-16 inches of ice with a few exceptions of lakes that were snow covered and didn’t grow as much ice last week. (i.e. Eagle Lake)
