Take and Make: Galaxy Bookmark

Adults (Age 18 +), use this form to reserve your supplies to make your own galaxy bookmark. Limited space register soon.
Library staff will contact you by phone or email when it is ready for pick up.
After you have been notified, you will have 2 weeks to pick up your project.
Pick up times are currently: Mon – Thurs from 9 AM – 8 PM, Fri 9 AM – 5:30 PM, and Sat 9 AM – 4 PM

Limit one per person. Craft difficulty level: Beginner
