Mill Pond Mile 2023

Meet at Mill Pond Park on the East side of the bridge, off County Road 9

The Mill Pond Mile is a one-mile fun run around the scenic Mill Pond in New London, Minnesota. It takes place each July, before the annual Water Days parade.

The race was started in 2001 by Jim and Shelly Berg to honor the memory of their 10 year old son, Cody, who died in a car-bike accident in 1999. All proceeds go to the Cody Berg Scholarship Fund for college scholarships that are awarded to members of the New London Spicer graduating class each spring.

This is a non-timed event, but those who wish to be timed are encouraged to have a parent or friend bring a stopwatch to record personal bests.

FAMILY DISCOUNT
Families with 5 or more members in the same household will receive a 20% discount per registrant. Simply select “Family 5+” at the bottom of the Registrant #1 screen, and the group rate discount will be applied at checkout.
