Gentle Yoga at the Willmar Community Center Mondays at 2:00pm Wednesdays at 10:00am Fridays at 8:00am A gentle and relaxing class focused on seated yoga sequences, along with mild standing positions. This class will get you in the right head space to take on the day with a guided meditation at the beginning and end of the class.
