We’re bringing back sushi for the month of June!
Let’s make some traditional sushi rolls and learn about a new roll: a Temaki!
Sushi as we know it in its traditional sliced up roll is called Makizushi, while the Temaki has all the same ingredients but is rolled by hand and held like an ice cream cone. The temaki is much easier to roll and eat!
A variety of meats and veggies will be provided for you to make your rolls. Filling options are still to be determined, but there will be NO RAW fish!
*Bamboo rolling mats will be included in class.
