Join Bike MS: Ride Across Minnesota for the only 5-day event in the Bike MS series! Our 2025 ride will be in the beautiful Southwestern area of Minnesota, beginning in Marshall. You’ll love our fun overnight stops in Marshall, Granite Falls and Willmar! Get ready for charming cities and unique surprises and join a community of riders dedicated to changing the world for people affected by MS.

Fundraising Minimum: $300

What’s Included
Bike MS® is more than just a ride. When you participate in this ride you are cycling and fundraising to change the lives of those affected by MS — and with each mile we ride, we get closer to our ultimate goal: a cure.

Bike MS is committed to providing you with a fully supported ride experience, marked with passion, inspiration and camaraderie you will never forget. Here are a few things to expect during your ride:

• Training: Try out our custom training plans with VeloPro or join local group training rides so you can connect with fellow cyclists.
• Prizes: All cyclists who meet the fundraising minimum will receive an exclusive Bike MS T-shirt and medal. Once you reach $500 in fundraising, you’ll be eligible to earn special prizes and maybe even a Bike MS fundraising jersey.
• Ride Support: The ride will have rest stops (stocked with hydration and nutritional snacks) every 8-18 miles, well-marked routes, medical support, bike mechanics and ride marshals on the route.
