Erbert & Gerbert's Subs & Clubs is a quick service sandwich shop serving up the best sub sandwiches on the planet. Our delicious sandwiches are unequaled in quality, freshness and consistency. Our vision is to be the SANDWICH OF CHOICE.
We started 20 years ago in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our founder, Kevin Schippers and his wife, Beth, created Erbert & Gerbert's from the ground up. With a lot of time and attention and a commitment to high quality, the roots of Erbert & Gerbert's was built. The concept started franchising in 1992 and, to date, has expanded to 47 stores across the Midwest from Green Bay, Wisconsin to Denver, Colorado.
