Fishing Report for 3-2-16
It’s been a very quiet week for ice fishing in the #WillmarLakesArea. The panfish are still quite active on most area lakes so now’s a good time to get a quiet ice fishing trip in. Crappies are very active on Diamond Lake and on Foot Lake near the northwest corner and the rocky pier. Most anglers have switched from trucks and large fish houses to 4-wheelers and portable fish houses just to be safe. With another gorgeous weekend ahead, it should be a great time to take that last ice fishing trip! Don’t forget to purchase your 2016 fishing license!.
