Join the Kandiyohi County Historical Society for a themed painting workshop. In 2017, KCHS is honoring the 100th anniversary of World War I. Poppies became a symbol for World War I remembrance after WWI. So the painting will be of poppy flowers (the cover photo of the events page on Facebook is what we will be painting).

New London artist, Michelle Westhoff Ogdahl, will guide you step-by-step through creating this piece of art. This workshop is open to all skill levels. All supplies and materials are provided.

Cost of the workshop is $40 for members (Not a member? Learn more: https://tinyurl.com/kjjsuet) or $50 for non-members. There will be limited spots available. Make your reservation today. Groups are welcome. To register or for questions, please contact us at (320) 235-1881, kandhist@msn.com, or in person at the KCHS Museum Mon-Fri 9am – 4pm.
