Should you decide to stay for a week or a lifetime there's always something new to discover in the
Robbins Island – A great place to gather, reunite and play!
Robbins Island has always been a great place to play in the Willmar Lakes Area. But it seems to be growing into much more! It has excellent water quality for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and many other water sports. It has a great disc golf course, plenty of grass space for soccer and softball and now has a one-of-a-kind Destination Playground. But to many, it’s more than just a place to play….it’s a place to gather and reunite with friends and family.

Fall is a perfect time to hit the trails in the Willmar Lakes Area! Whether you prefer hiking, biking, roller blading or horseback riding, we have a trail for you!
Some ideas include the Robbins Island trails, the Glacial Lakes State Trail, the Eagle Lake Trail and the trail around Green Lake. All of these would give you a gorgeous look of the fall colors in our area!
Please check out our weekly Trail Report for updates on the trails & fall color report.
Would you like to help with the 2018 MN Governor’s Fishing Opener?
An event of this size needs a lot of volunteers. We’ll need
volunteers to help plan, to be fishing hosts and
to help at each of the different activities.
Events take place starting
Thursday, May 10th and run through Saturday, May 12th.
